Step Two: This Is About You And Your Journey

What is important to YOU in a college: degree plans, scholarships, coaching, cost, size, proximity to home, playing time, winning programs, entrance requirements, traditions etc etc. Be prepared for a long process. This is your journey and is strongly connected to how much you put into finding the right FIT.

Do your research!

Step Three: Contact

In order for you to contact coaches and recruiters, you are going to need an email and social media presence. It's important to create an email just for your recruiting process. Your recruiting director will help suggest appropriate email addresses. Contact recruiters, be annoying, and make their job easy.

Social Media – Create a twitter, at minimum, the handle should simple and as close to your name as possible. Twitter is a very easy place to post schedules, videos, and highlights of any kind for coaches to see. Facebook can be used in the same fashion. Again, your recruiting coordinator can help you.

KEEP YOUR SOCIAL MEDIAS CLEAN!
